Experteer Overview In this role, you act as a strategic finance partner for the Iberia Zone Solution Center, steering a broad portfolio across project control, Pu0026amp; L management, and governance. You will drive forecasting, reporting, and financial insights to improve margins and cash generation, while enabling scalable, compliant processes. You partner with operational teams to support transformation, automation, and data quality initiatives. - Lead end-to-end project controlling for strategic deals and monitor the full portfolio for deviations, risks, and opportunities
- Own the Sub-Pu0026L with accountability for topline, gross margin, and overhead absorption; manage provisions and reporting
- Manage and improve financial processes end-to-end, including warranty management, ensuring standardization, controls, and scalability
- Drive forecasts (Forecast at Completion, Monthly Pacing, Rolling Forecast)



and provide actionable insights to improve margins and cash
- Lead monthly closing activities and ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting
- Coordinate compliance, internal controls, and audits; act as the compliance lead for the ZSC and support governance frameworks
- Identify digitalization and automation opportunities across financial workflows and support finance transformation initiatives
- Support cross-functional teams on financial matters and drive data quality and process simplificationResponsabilidades
- Fluent in Spanish and good level of English
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate finance, controlling or equivalent
