Experteer Overview In this role you act as the owner’s representative for assigned assets, leading asset management, financial analysis, and reporting to maximize value and tenant satisfaction. You’ll interface with owners, lenders, and internal teams, monitor performance, and develop strategic plans for each asset. You will also support capital transactions and leverage data tools to improve analysis and reporting. This position sits at the intersection of portfolio management and financial discipline, offering impact through disciplined decision-making and stakeholder collaboration.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Serve as primary owner’s representative and point of accountability for assigned assets
- Lead asset management activities including financial modelling, data management and scenario analysis
- Interface with owners, lenders, property managers, and internal teams to coordinate actions
- Monitor operating, financial, and leasing performance; identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Develop short and long-term strategies to maximize value and tenant satisfaction
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual property reports for Owner, Lender, and Region
- Address day-to-day issues and escalate high-level matters to owners
- Create annual property valuation analyses including market analysis and leasing objectives
- Oversee leasing activity: analyses, proposals, terms, and coordination with legal




- Manage tenant relations and coordinate with property management teams
- Review pricing for capital/tenant improvements and ensure financial controls during construction
- Assess asset value and propose hold/sell recommendations aligned with owner’s thesis
- Provide support for capital transactions (refinancing, dispositions) and due diligence with Acquisitions and Development
- Utilize AI-enabled tools to enhance data analysis, reporting efficiency, and anomaly detection
- Collaborate in cross-functional project teams and adhere to company policiesResponsabilidades
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s preferred
- 2–4years in commercial real estate with exposure to logistics/industrial assets or asset management
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- High integrity and strong communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinking and ability to contribute to project success
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Advanced Excel with financial modelling, data analysis, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis
