He/she supports the development of the Italian team to make ZimVie in Italy an attractive place to work.What you’ll be doing:Cover all areas of HR for the ZimVie teams in Italy with around 50 employees from hire to retireRecruit new team members in Italy according to the country's needs and budget plan to always ensure fully staffed teams and develop the local recruitment strategyOnboard new team members and ensure good integrationTake care of the annual training and development plan in cooperation with the local leadership teamSupport all HR-related global programs,
like the annual Performance and Merit review processCooperate with the external payroll provider and ensure correct and timely monthly payrollExecute disciplinary measures in cooperation with the managers and external lawyersSupport Health & Safety measures for the entityResponsible for all necessary documentation to maintain up-to-date and accurate team member files (contracts, etc.)Participate in local and global HR projectsWhat you’ll need:BA or master’s degree in HR or similar (e.G., Business, Law, Psychology) or long-term professional experience in HRMin. 3 – 5 years of professional experience in the general HR function of an international companyPrevious experience supporting HR processes and working with teams in ItalyGood self-organization, sense of confidentiality, and professional communication skillsSolid knowledge of Italian labor law and payroll rulesIT knowledge in MS Office and HR-related IT programs (ideally SuccessFactors)Fluent language skills in Italian and English are mandatoryWhat do we offer:ZimVie offers you an interesting opportunity to join a diverse and collaborative global team, along with the following benefits:Temporary contract of one yearCompetitive compensation packageMeal allowanceHybrid work model: 2 days of remote work per week28 working days of paid vacation per yearEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Wellbeing initiatives, including onsite yoga classes and fresh fruit in the officeZimVie is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
