and adjust strategies to meet KPI targets.Provide regular performance updates to clients and internal stakeholders.Contribute learnings back to the system for continuous improvement.Minimum Experience & QualificationsAt least 2 years of hands‑on email and SMS marketing experience, with proven execution across campaigns, automations, segmentation, and optimization.Minimum 2 years of retention marketing experience, owning initiatives that drive predictable revenue and customer lifetime value.Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data tools such as Google Sheets.Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English.Salary RangeDay 1–30: $1.5K (Part‑time transition phase)Days 31–60: $3K (Full‑time start)Days 61–90: $4–5K + performance bonuses (subject to client volume and quality of work)Location & EnvironmentFully remote, adaptable schedule.Autonomous work environment with regular 1:1 feedback and measurable quality benchmarks.Employment TypeFull‑timeSeniority LevelEntry level#J-18808-Ljbffr
