This role exists toidentify, frame, and validatethe next products in that portfolio. You will define emerging problem spaces and take solutions fromzero to initial adoption, validating or pivoting bets based onevidence.You will work closely withexecutive leadership(CPO and CEO), as well as your product team peers (PMs, UX leaders, and Solution Consulting). We are looking for an experienced product leader who thrives inambiguous opportunity spacesand can build strong partnerships withsenior pharma quality stakeholders.Main responsibilities:Define the Problem Space:Takeownership of an emerging area of the pharma value chain. Frame the problem, form clear thesis, define strategic bets, and maintain the discipline to pivot when evidence does not support the initial concept.Product Discovery:Runcontinuous discoverydirectly with senior pharma quality stakeholders. Form and test value and viability hypotheses, build lightweight prototypes,



and makeevidence-based decisionson a weekly cadence.Zero-to-One Delivery:Partner with Engineering and Design to move validated concepts toinitial adoptionthrough testable releases. Leverage modern tools, analytical methods, and experience to optimize forlearning velocityandtime-to-first-value.Commercial Validation & GTM:Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to test positioning, market segments, andwillingness-to-payearly in the process. Validate new products throughreal customer adoptionagainst the status quo.Evidence & Decision-Making:Maintain a direct connection betweencustomer evidenceand product decisions; trackearly signalsappropriate to a 0-1 product (qualitative validation, activation, initial user retention) over volume-based output metrics.Main requirements:Deep, hands-on knowledge oflife-science GMP or GCP(manufacturing and clinical quality) is astrict requirement.Demonstrated zero-to-one track record:Framed an ambiguous problem and took at least one product from initial concept tofirst traction, including explicit rationale forwhat was chosen not to be built.~10 years in product management, ideally withinB2B SaaS; effective and articulate when collaborating withsenior, technical customers and executives.Experience withenterprise software and data products; strong fluency inplatform, data, and integration conceptsto partner effectively withEngineering.Based in or willing to travel weekly toBarcelona or Frankfurt offices(occasional business trips across Europe or US are expected).SalaryAt Qualifyze, our salary ranges are transparent internally, and we aim to follow a similar approach externally. For this role, we’re happy to share a reference point within the band:
