Experteer Overview
In this role you will shape and deliver Sage's European labour and employee relations strategy at a national level, ensuring regulatory compliance while enabling business agility, transformation and growth. You will engage with employee representative bodies, including works councils and trade unions, and act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders to reduce risk while enabling transformation programmes across priority European markets. You will be part of a centralised Global Labour Relations capability within the People Function, supporting a consistent, proactive approach to engagement. The position is based in Barcelona with hybrid working patterns.
