You will be involved in everything from general property maintenance and grounds to managing contractors and helping keep the estate running to a high standard.We are looking for someone with at least 5 years' experience within a UHNW private household, as the successful candidate will understand the discretion, flexibility and high standards expected when working directly for a private family.Household Facilities TechnicianPosition:Household Facilities TechnicianLocation:Atlanta USAContract:Permanent, Full-TimeSalary:$40/ hour, TBDWork Schedule:Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMKey ResponsibilitiesCarry out hands-on maintenance and general upkeep across the propertyOversee and coordinate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool, landscaping and other household systemsCarry out regular property inspections and deal with issues proactivelyManage and coordinate vendors and contractors, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and on timeWork closely with the Estate Manager, Property Manager,



Interior Manager and housekeeping teamAssist with preparing the property for family visits and eventsHelp coordinate vendors and temporary staff for events and projectsKeep storage areas stocked with beverages, cleaning supplies and household essentialsAssist with the care of the family's two small dogs, including feeding and walkingRun errands and provide general support to the property and family as requiredThe Adecuado CandidateBe based locally in Atlanta, ideally within a reasonable commuting distanceHave a strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security and AV systemsHave good knowledge of landscaping and grounds maintenanceHave experience managing and supervising contractors and service providersBe reliable, organised and comfortable working independentlyBe hands‑on, practical and happy to roll up their sleeves and get involvedHave a proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong attention to detailHave good computer skills; experience with Nines, SharePoint and Office 365 would be an advantageBe comfortable around dogs and helping with occasional household and family errandsThis is a great opportunity to join a growing UHNW family in a varied and hands‑on role where no two days are quite the same.
