Peak2Peak Search is partnered with a European energy player to appoint a Senior Grid Connection Manager supporting its utility-scale renewable energy portfolio.Based in Spain, the position will have a particular focus on utility-scale solar projects in Germany, taking technical ownership of grid connection and HV electrical engineering activities across the project lifecycle.Key responsibilities include: Leading MV/HV grid connection engineering for utility-scale solar projectsManaging technical interfaces with German DSOs and TSOsOverseeing electrical studies, HV design, protection, cable sizing and grid-code complianceSupporting projects through development, construction and commissioningProviding technical leadership across internal teams, consultants and external partnersSupporting procurement,
