The role will also provide business planning and analytical support to the BUD HT-IM, including sales and supply forecasting, scenario analysis and the interpretation of business performance.
Job Description
It will be the responsibility of the position holder to help develop the presence and recognition of Sobi as a credible partner with the Hematology and Immunology community through supporting the development of relationships with key stakeholders, as well as the successful development and delivery of agreed pre and post license marketing projects, with territorial responsibility for Spain. The position holder will also be expected to be able to travel within own country as well as to HQ and international meetings as needed in the line of usual business activities.
Under the direction of the BUD HT-IM the candidate will work with local medical and market access colleagues as well as HQ staff in a cross-functional approach to Sobi’s interactions with key stakeholders (physicians, nurses, scientific associations, etc.). The role covers the lifecycle management of established brands, as well as preparation for potential launches of pipeline or newly acquired products, subject to company decisions and applicable regulatory and compliance requirement
Main responsibilities:
- country business plan, including any required local strategy or tactical variations and budget.
- Lead the local brand team, respecting the accountabilities of each function.
- Responsible for giving feedback about local commercialization needs and market and competitor perspectives into integral strategy development through appropriate channels.
