Marketing and Sales Internship — Chinese Market | Chinese-speaking candidates only

Do you speak Mandarin Chinese and want to work on an international project connecting China with the world of European sports?

At WeSportt, we connect Chinese fans with major sporting events and experiences across Europe.

We are currently looking for someone who is eager to learn, take on responsibilities, and grow with us in an international environment.

What you will do and learn

You will have a dedicated company mentor and take part directly in real projects:

• Create and adapt digital marketing content for Chinese audiences.
• Identify business opportunities in the Chinese market.
• Support communications with international clients and partners.

You will learn how an international business is developed, how customers in a different market are reached and supported, and how the sports experiences industry works.

What we are looking for

• A university or vocational training student who needs to complete a curricular internship as part of their studies and can arrange an internship agreement with their educational institution.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese, both spoken and written.
• A working level of Spanish or English to communicate with the team.
• An interest in digital marketing, sales, international markets, or sports.

No previous experience is required. We value a willingness to learn, initiative, and the ability to work as part of a team.

What we offer

• Unpaid curricular internship.
• Adaptable working hours.
• Hybrid working model, based in Madrid.
• A dedicated mentor and a training plan aligned with your academic objectives.
• The opportunity to contribute to real projects from day one.

What happens after the internship?

We would like the person joining us to continue growing with the team. If both sides are happy with the experience and business needs allow, we will consider offering a full-time or other contracted position at the end of the internship.
