We’re seeking a hands-on Technical Recruiter based in Spain to support recruitment for Cisco U.S. technology and engineering teams. This role suits someone who enjoys sourcing hard-to-find talent, asks thoughtful screening questions, and keeps candidates and hiring stakeholders informed.

You’ll help turn hiring requirements into qualified candidate pipelines, working remotely from Spain with U.S.-based stakeholders.

What you’ll do
• Source and engage technical candidates for U.S.-focused engineering and technology requirements.
• Screen experience, technical fit, communication skills, and candidate availability.
• Support searches across software engineering, cloud, DevOps, AI, data, QA, and related disciplines.
• Coordinate interviews, provide timely candidate updates, and maintain accurate pipeline records.




• Partner with U.S.-based stakeholders to clarify priorities and move searches forward.

What we’re looking for
• Experience in technical or IT recruiting, with evidence of successful sourcing and screening.
• Excellent spoken and written English; C1 level or equivalent communication ability preferred.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to discuss common engineering roles and understand technical hiring requirements.
• Responsive, organized, and comfortable coordinating across Spain and U.S. time zones.
• Based in Spain and able to arrange reasonable working-hour overlap with U.S. teams.
