Sales Consultant - German Market | Barcelona | €45-55K OTE
A fast-growing international company is looking for a German-speaking Sales Consultant to join its Barcelona-based sales team and support the continued growth of the German market.
This is a hands-on sales role focused on customer conversations, opportunity management, conversion and revenue generation within an international and multicultural environment.
Your responsibilities
- Manage inbound and/or qualified sales opportunities from first contact through to conversion.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the most relevant solution.
- Conduct sales calls and follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Handle objections and guide customers throughout the decision-making process.
- Maximise conversion from qualified leads and existing opportunities.
- Support renewals, upgrades and additional sales opportunities when relevant.
- Consistently work towards individual KPIs, conversion targets and sales objectives.
- Maintain accurate follow-up of your pipeline and customer interactions.




- Work closely with Sales Management and the wider team to improve conversion and overall performance.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative and performance-driven sales culture.

What we're looking for
- Previous experience in B2C or B2B sales, ideally in a high-volume or target-driven environment.
- Strong communication, persuasion and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable working towards KPIs, sales targets and conversion objectives.
- Results-oriented, proactive and commercially minded.
- Strong customer focus and ability to understand customer needs.
- Structured and reliable approach to follow-up and pipeline management.
- Fluent German.
- Good level of English.
- Already based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.
- Experience working in an international or multicultural environment is a plus.
