Experteer Overview As a Medical Science Liaison in Spain, you will build deep scientific relationships with KOLs, HCPs, and academic centers to translate data into actionable insights. You will act as a therapeutic expert and cross-functional partner, supporting medical education, advisory boards, and congress activities. Your work strengthens Revolution Medicines’ presence in oncology while aligning field activities with the global medical strategy. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, HCPs, and academic centers to advance scientific knowledge
- Communicate clinical and scientific data through presentations, educational programs, and discussions
- Synthesize and relay scientific insights from KOLs to internal teams
- Prepare product presentations for KOLs and HCPs
- Support Strategic account managers and access teams on complex scientific questions
- Provide scientific support for medical congresses, advisory boards, and other engagements
- Establish credibility as a scientific expert for internal stakeholders




- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute medical strategies and tactics
- Stay current with scientific literature, emerging research, and competitive landscape
- Understand regulatory requirements for field-based customer engagement
- Execute territory planning and align with the National and General Medical Strategy

- Doctoral degree in scientific or medical discipline
- 8+ years experience as an MSL or similar role in Spain
- Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies and drug development processes
- Knowledge/experience in oncology; preferred in lung and gastrointestinal cancers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to analyze and synthesize scientific information
- Excellent presentation skills with diverse audiences
- Strong networking skills with KOLs and HCPs
- Self-directed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
