You love the hunt: you go after passive candidates, find people who are not on the market, and keep going when the first, second and tenth outreach get no answer. You own your vacancies end to end, set your own pace and priorities, and don't need anyone to check in on you to deliver.Your focus will be commercial hiring across the UK and Europe: senior commercial leadership and account management teams, from individual contributors to regional heads. From time to time you will also pick up other business roles as priorities shift.

you have closed senior and C-level roles through direct approachIdeally, a background that combines a recruitment or executive search agency, an in-house team and an international fintech or payments company, with around 2 years or more in each.
