Position Summary
This role is responsible for driving the commercial success, adoption and operational execution of healthcare services across a network of 900 pharmacies. Acting as the link between pharmacies, service providers and end consumers, you will define go-to-market strategies, optimize service performance and deliver growth in a B2B2C environment. Reporting to the Marketing Services Manager,



you will play a key role in expanding Alliance Healthcare's healthcare services offering and creating value for both pharmacies and patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the launch, implementation and growth of Telemedicine, Loyalty and Dermatology services across the pharmacy network.
- Develop and execute B2B2C marketing and commercial strategies to drive service adoption, engagement and revenue growth.
- Create marketing materials, training content, sales presentations and point-of-sale support tools.
- Train pharmacy teams and field teams to ensure successful deployment and service utilization.
- Coordinate internal teams, external providers and key stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
