To expand our team, we are looking for an Operations Director with solid experience in clinical leadership, management, and clinic operations for our Barcelona clinic.
Key Responsibilities
1. Clinic Leadership & Management
- Lead all aspects of clinic operations, ensuring alignment with regional goals and standards.
- Foster a culture of excellence, empathy, and accountability across all departments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the clinic's leadership team, including:
- Medical Director
- Laboratory Director
- Nurse Manager / Team Leader
- Patient Experience Manager / Team Leader
- Experienced in managing transitions (e.g., acquisitions, rebranding).
- Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and aligning diverse stakeholders (local teams, central functions).




- Drive a results-oriented culture, setting clear goals and holding teams accountable for achieving clinical, operational, and financial targets.

2. Patient & Employee Experience
- Champion a patient-first culture, ensuring every patient receives compassionate, timely, and high-quality care.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
- Address and resolve patient or staff concerns promptly and effectively.

3. Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, resource planning, and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with clinical, laboratory, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as patient conversion, time to treatment, and satisfaction scores.
- Comfortable using dashboards and KPIs to inform decisions.
