About the roleWe're looking for a Cash Collections Specialist to manage the company's collections cycle, minimize payment default risk, and maintain strong client relationships around billing and payments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the accounts receivable portfolio and actively follow up on outstanding invoicesContact clients (email/phone) to negotiate and secure payment of overdue debtsAnalyze account aging and prioritize actions by risk and amountCoordinate with Finance and Sales to resolve billing disputesPropose and implement payment plans when neededReport collection KPIs (DSO, delinquency %, aging) to Finance ManagementKeep ERP/accounting records up to dateEscalate high-risk accounts per internal credit policyRequirements2-4 years of experience in cash collections, credit control, or accounts receivableExperience in B2B/SaaS environments (iGaming or fintech/payments a plus)Strong Excel/Sheets skills; ERP experience valued (NetSuite, SAP, etc.)Negotiation and communication skills - firm but professionalAdvanced English required; Catalan/Spanish a plusResults-oriented, autonomous,
