Advanced Health & Safety - Quality & Environment SpecialistWe are currently recruiting a Advanced Health & Safety - Quality & Environment Specialist to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility andclear accountability.Key Responsibilities- I ndependently monitor compliance with national HSEQ regulations across corporate entities, including PPE, medical surveillance, risk assessments, training, etc.- Coordinate and document H&S; training, emergency drills, and continuous improvement activities.- Prepare and update H&S; procedures and support the development of annual plans and programs.- Implement corporate safety programs across our assets.- Conduct assigned internal audits at assets and construction projects in the geographies where we operate.- Collect, analyze,



and report HSE indicators and compliance data; manage dashboards.- Participate in audits and inspections and support the implementation of corrective actions.- Assist in the development of improvement initiatives and best practices.Education & Certifications- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or similar.- Postgraduate studies or an official Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, covering all three specializations.Experience & Technical Skills- 3–6 years of HS-related experience (corporate or project-based).- Good knowledge of HS standards, risk identification, training, and compliance requirements.- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).- Experience in Power BI or similar tools.- Analytical and proactive.- Effective communicator and collaborator.- Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple priorities.- Committed to safety and continuous improvement.Company CultureWe believein a culture of trust, shared goals, and accountability.
