About the role
As an SG & Inspection Platform Lead, you will lead the strategic planning, resource management, and operational execution of the Steam Generator (SG) and Inspection platform within Westinghouse Field Services.



You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of inspection services across nuclear power plants worldwide by aligning workforce capabilities with business objectives and customer requirements. This position combines leadership, operational management, and talent development responsibilities in a highly specialized technical environment. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize resource utilization, and contribute to the long-term growth of the business.
You will report to the Westinghouse Field Services Spain Director and be located in Madrid, Spain.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement resource planning strategies aligned with business growth objectives and customer demand.
- Manage workforce planning activities, including succession planning, personnel rotation, workforce aging considerations, and future capability needs.
- Define and execute recruitment strategies to ensure the availability of qualified technical resources for current and future projects.
