This is a highly interactive, customer-facing role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring customers successfully start their career transition journey and remain engaged throughout their programme.You will be the first point of contact for many customers, representing LHH and guiding them through the onboarding process of our programs. This role combines relationship building, outbound calling, customer engagement, and operational support in a fast-paced international environment.About the RoleYou will focus on customer onboarding, outbound calling, engagement, and programme activation.This is not a traditional administrative onboarding position. Success in this role comes from your ability to build trust quickly, proactively engage customers, manage follow‑up activities, and drive participation in our services.What You’ll DoContact customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.Introduce and explain LHH services in a professional and engaging way.Guide customers through the onboarding process and encourage programme activation.Build strong relationships and maintain regular follow‑up with customers.Manage customer pipelines and onboarding progress effectively.Work towards onboarding, activation, and engagement targets.Handle objections professionally and motivate customers to take action.Act as a liaison between customers, consultants, clients,



and internal stakeholders.Support virtual and in‑person information sessions when required.Monitor engagement trends and identify opportunities to improve participation and outcomes.Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Sales, and other internal teams to enhance the customer experience.This Role Is For You If…You enjoy speaking with people and building rapport quickly.You are comfortable making outbound calls and proactively following up.You are motivated by achieving goals and working towards KPIs.You are organised, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities.You take ownership of your work and enjoy delivering results.You have experience in customer service, customer success, onboarding, recruitment, HR operations, telesales, call centres, client support, or stakeholder‑facing environments.What We’re Looking ForFluent Dutch and strong English communication skills.Experience in customer-facing environments.Comfortable with outbound calling and customer engagement activities.Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.Ability to influence conversations and encourage customer action.Experience working with KPIs, targets, or performance metrics.Excellent organisational and follow‑up skills.Confidence using CRM systems, reporting tools, and digital communication platforms.A professional, customer‑focused, and proactive approach.What We OfferHybrid working (2 days per week in our Amsterdam office)Full‑time position (40 hours per week)
