Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead Production Planning on-site to support integral supply objectives. You will collaborate across Manufacturing, Quality, SMS and downstream teams to implement and optimize planning processes, drive digital transformation, and ensure timely delivery of products. You’ll scale existing processes across regions, promote change and best practices, and influence cross-functional stakeholders to achieve measurable supply chain improvements. • Oversee site-level Production Planning for all product families
• Assess, scale and implement core planning model changes across streams and upgrades
• Ensure alignment of business requirements across new initiatives or End-to-End projects
• Improve Upstream planning processes and support end-to-end planning

• Monitor KPIs with regional/global functions and propose improvements

Responsabilidades
• Master Degree in Business Management/Supply Chain or Logistics
• Successful experience in Supply Planning Onsite
• Project management skills appreciated
• Proven track record in Multi-Site Planning, Manufacturing and Scheduling
• Planning experience in Pharmaceutical/Consumer Products industry
• Hands-on with complex stream processes and implementations
• Experience with PP SAP (Athena), Kinaxis, Ortems or similar tools (SAP APO, Manugistics, E2open)
• Ability to translate business needs into implementation requirements in IT environments
• Strong expertise in Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (MPS/MRP)
• Ability to build consensus, drive change, and maintain accountability
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English; French/Spanish a plus
