We are looking for a Senior Manager, Software Development Engineering to lead a team of talented engineers delivering scalable, reliable B2B technology solutions. In this role, you will own multiple technical domains, partner closely with product management, and build software that powers our partners' businesses on a global scal e. Experience and Qualificat ionsRequi red:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field and 8+ years of software engineering experience; or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field and 6+ years of software engineering experience; or equivalent related professional experie nce.3+ years of people management experi ence, including performance managing individual contributors and recruiting engineering tal ent.Proficiency across multiple programming languages or technolo gies, with the ability to justify technology choices to both technical and non-technical audien ces.Experience managing distributed or geographically dispersed te ams.Demonstrated ability to deliver solut ions to complex business problems spanning multiple te ams.Proficient communication sk ills, with experience collaborating across senior-level, cross-functional organizati ons.Prefer red:Experience in B2B technology environments, such as API platforms, partner integrations, or distribution soluti ons.Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.G., AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern software development methodolog ies.Experience contributing to product roadmap planning and phase-out/phase-in milestone strategies. The total cash range for this position in Madrid is €70,000.00 to €98,000 Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to €112,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
