Nexans Iberia seeks an experienced HR Payroll Specialist to manage Iberia payroll and HR administration, ensuring timely, accurate processing and regulatory compliance. You will support employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and maintain HR data with attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of Spanish payroll, labour law and time management is required, with external payroll coordination and HR reporting responsibilities. Proficiency in SuccessFactors is a plus.
