They stay ahead of regulatory change, provide timely responses to enquiries, and work across the business to ensure compliance is always in step with innovation.We’re looking for a Regulatory Affairs Manager to ensure that our communication with regulators is transparent, compliant, and efficient. You’ll be focusing on different regulatory fields and coordinating regulatory engagements across branches in Europe.What You’ll Be Doing Communicating with regulators and the business, including breaking down complex information into smaller,
digestible chunksKeeping our regulators up to date with new products, initiatives, and other ad hoc updatesWorking with the wider Risk and Compliance team to share communications during an incidentPreparing management reports and information, in particular for regulator meetings, internal committees, and the BoardDelivering training and updates to product teams and the wider business on regulatory requirements and changesBuilding processes and documentation for the team in a scalable and sustainable wayBeing a champion for conduct and compliance across the businessWhat You'll Need 7+ years of experience in a regulatory affairs, compliance, or risk function at a regulated financial services firm, fintech, financial consultancy, or regulatory authorityExcellent stakeholder management, communication, project management, and negotiation skillsKnowledge of best banking practices in EU and regional financial regulationsA solid understanding of the European regulatory environment and key compliance regimesA proven ability to analyse complex information and identify the key issue to drive resolutionsFamiliarity with payment systems and markets with a focus on technology and mobile applicationsFluency in EnglishExperience coaching and inspiring team membersNice to have A relevant master’s degreeFluency in other languagesBuilding a integral financial super app isn’t enough.
