Experteer Overview
In this role, you will craft and adapt Metricool’s German and French content to resonate with local audiences. You’ll manage daily community voice on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube and record your own on-camera content. You’ll own localization, scheduling, and calendar alignment within the global content plan, while spotting local trends to enhance the social strategy. You’ll collaborate with the Social Media, YouTube, and Growth teams to drive authentic, localized growth. This is a remote, multilingual opportunity with meaningful impact on how metricool connects with DACH and French-speaking markets.

• Manage German and French community voice daily across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube; moderate conversations and report feedback to relevant teams
• Localize English/Spanish posts into German and French with native tone, hooks, and CTAs
• Maintain and align German/French editorial calendars with the integral content plan
• Record on-camera content in German (and French if possible); adapt scripts and review edits for language accuracy
• Spot local trends, formats, and competitors to inform the social plan in DACH and French-speaking markets




• Support Growth team’s German influencer campaigns and Ads with content and language review

Responsabilidades
• Based in Spain
• At least 2 years of experience in content creation or social media management
• Experience in community management or strong interest in it
• Experience creating B2B or SaaS content for the German market is highly valued
• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism or related field is a plus
• Native German with excellent writing skills
• Advanced English (C1); French is a strong plus (native or high C1 for recording, B2–C1 acceptable for management)
• Strong German copywriting for social media; ability to adapt to brand voice
• Natural on-camera presence in German; recording for social media or YouTube is a plus
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube and their formats and trends
• Portfolio of posts or accounts managed is a plus
