We're partnering with one of Europe's fastest-growing B2B SaaS companies to hire a Spanish-speaking Account Executive based in Barcelona.

You'll build relationships with ambitious Spanish businesses, engage Finance and business leaders, and learn from experienced sales leaders as you help grow the company's presence in one of Europe's most exciting markets.
Your mission
Help grow the Spanish market by identifying new business opportunities, engaging decision-makers and managing the sales cycle from prospecting through to closing.
This is a hunter role for someone who enjoys creating opportunities and developing a pipeline. You'll take ownership of your work, with support and coaching from experienced sales leaders as you build your skills and confidence.
What you'll be doing




- Build a high-quality pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting.
- Identify and engage Finance and business leaders across the Spanish market.
- Lead consultative sales conversations and understand customers' business challenges.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations focused on business impact.
- Manage the sales cycle from discovery and negotiation through to close, with support when needed.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Customer Success.
- Keep CRM data accurate and work towards clear sales targets as you develop.

What we're looking for
- Some experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, or in a sales development role with the motivation to grow into a full-cycle Account Executive position.
- A genuine interest in new business development and outbound sales.
- Native or fluent Spanish and Catalan, plus fluent English.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
