Experteer Overview
In this role you will support underwriters across Cyber, Personal Accident and Contingency classes, with a focus on Cyber, helping to underwrite reinsurance programmes within authority and business plans. You will ensure consistent underwriting practices, data quality, and collaboration with actuarial, claims, operations, compliance and other teams. The position involves liaising with brokers and clients across Europe and contributing to departmental strategies in a global FRRI team. This is an opportunity to shape cyber reinsurance outcomes within a large, values-driven insurer.

• Support underwriting of reinsurance risks in line with the business plan and authority
• Maintain procedures to ensure consistent underwriting and data quality

Responsabilidades
• Experience in Insurance/Reinsurance market
• Understanding of Cyber Reinsurance market conditions or demonstrable interest
• Fluency in English and Spanish (German advantageous)
• Proficiency with actuarial pricing tools in Excel and online
• Strong numeracy, literacy, and data-driven decision-making
• Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a multi-location, team-based environment
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements
