Experteer Overview
In this role you drive the successful onboarding and adoption of Perk's Enterprise clients, guiding them from signup to launch. You act as a change-management and technical solutions expert, translating client needs into onboarding strategies and platform configurations. You work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a 7-star onboarding experience and long-term customer success. The role combines consultative guidance, technical troubleshooting, and tailored training to enable customers to book travel on Perk and maximise value.

• Be the first point of contact for clients during implementation, delivering a 7-star experience
• Gather client requirements and provide data-driven, best-practice recommendations
• Own timelines, rollout plans, and onboarding execution across internal teams
• Lead change management and adoption with guides, templates, and recommendations
• Act as a technical solutions expert, prioritising automations and integrations
• Configure client accounts and support integrations or API-based setups
• Deliver tailored training sessions for various stakeholder levels
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with Sales, PM, Product, Engineering and Finance
• Prioritise accounts based on client and business needs




• Mentor and set an example for the Implementation team and wider Revenue org
• Support Pre-Sales by outlining implementation expectations to prospects
• Monitor post-launch booking behaviour and proactively optimise configurations
• Review completed implementations to improve processes and team performance
• Maintain a cycle of execute, assess, improve, repeat

Responsabilidades
• Experience delivering implementations for Enterprise clients in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record as a high achiever in an Implementation role
• Strong ability to work with C-level stakeholders
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Consultative approach to client recommendations
• Organised, analytical, and detail-oriented with problem-solving ability
• Tech-savvy with understanding of integrations and open APIs
