Experteer Overview In this role you define and drive Connected Care strategies for targeted industrial segments, integrating software, AI-enabled capabilities, and services to deliver scalable value. You will bridge Connected Care with ABB Robotics teams to ensure differentiated offerings that support growth in data centers, logistics, life sciences, and other strategic sectors. As the global Connected Care focal point, you’ll shape go-to-market, deployment, and adoption of integrated solutions that boost customer outcomes. You’ll work in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment to accelerate ABB Robotics’ growth and profitability.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Define and execute the Connected Care strategy for targeted industrial applications and verticals
- Create industry-specific solutions by combining software, digital products, AI capabilities and services into scalable value propositions
- Serve as the primary Connected Care interface for industry segment leaders and application teams globally
- Identify industry challenges and customer needs, translating them into portfolio requirements and roadmaps
- Ensure alignment between Connected Care capabilities and strategic business objectives




- Support sales in positioning and deploying Connected Care solutions for opportunities
- Collaborate with Connected Care Product Management, Ru0026D, Service, Sales and Industry teams for successful implementation
- Develop business cases and investment priorities for industry-specific solutions and expansion opportunities
- Measure and improve the business impact of Connected Care offerings (revenue, value realization, profitability)Responsabilidades
- 10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Product Management or related field
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a technical and business focus
- English proficiency
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background; technical sales background including software and digital solutions is a plus
- Digital, AI and software knowledge is advantageous
