This role will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR processes and case management standards. You will help to ensure that HR operations are efficient, consistent, scalable, and aligned with global HR service delivery standards and company's strategic goals. The role will work closely with regional HR Operations stakeholders, IT teams, and other functions to improve process quality, case handling efficiency, and user experience.
