Experteer Overview
In this role you will manage daily freight movements into and out of EU fulfillment centers, ensuring service levels and KPIs are met. You will work with cross-functional teams and external carriers to drive continuous improvement and cost initiatives across the network. You will pull and analyze data to drive decisions, standardize processes, and eliminate root causes of defects. This position requires strong communication and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment. You will be engaged in shaping transportation operations and delivering measurable impact.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Maintain ongoing tactical communication with external customers (carriers, suppliers) and internal teams (Finance, Tech, Fulfillment Centers)
• Extract data from multiple databases (Excel, Access, SQL and/or other data systems) and perform ad hoc reporting and analysis
• Develop and monitor Key Performance Metrics to drive business results
• Identify and eliminate root causes of defects to improve transportation efficiency
• Assess business impact of trends and make data-driven decisions
• Escalate variances to the appropriate owners and drive resolution




• Meet tight deadlines across multiple time-sensitive projects
• Prepare and present weekly findings and variances in review forums with clear narratives
• Propose and implement improvements to software and tools for better usability and effectiveness

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, operations, logistics, supply chain or engineering
• Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large programs
• Track record of delivering results for large cross-functional initiatives or implementing process improvements with automation and analysis
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas and pivot tables) for handling large datasets
• Experience with data analysis tools/systems including Excel, Access, SQL or similar
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
