Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the adoption of stablecoins and blockchain-enabled rails to modernize cross-border payments across the Money Transfer segment. You will work with Product, Tech, and Compliance to deploy stablecoin-enabled flows for retail, business, and API-driven services. The position focuses on regulatory-aligned, real-world use cases that improve speed, liquidity, and cost. You will represent the company in ecosystem forums and drive strategic, compliant execution at scale.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Define and lead the stablecoin adoption strategy for real-world payment use cases
- Identify where stablecoin rails can improve speed, liquidity, and cost in remittance and payout infrastructure
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Compliance to design and roll out stablecoin-integrated payment flows
- Lead evaluation and integration of blockchain networks supporting stablecoins (e.G. Ethereum, Stellar, Solana, Polygon)
- Define on-ramp and off-ramp mechanisms for fiat and stablecoins (e.G. USDC, EURC, PYUSD)
- Coordinate settlement models using stablecoins with real-time liquidity management and multi-currency support
- Ensure regulatory compliance with integral/regional rules (MiCA, FinCEN, state regulations)
- Work with legal/compliance on licensing, custody,



monitoring, and reporting obligations
- Monitor regulatory changes and shape responses affecting stablecoins and digital settlement instruments
- Build relationships with stablecoin issuers, custodians, wallets, and providers
- Represent Euronet in industry forums shaping digital currencies and stablecoin policy
- Track CBDCs and tokenized bank money developments for strategic relevance
- Develop business cases for stablecoin use in remittances, treasury optimization, and FX innovations
- Define KPIs for blockchain initiatives focusing on cost, speed, and user experience
- Support commercial teams in positioning stablecoin capabilities to financial institutions and payout partnersResponsabilidades
- 4+ years' experience in fintech, payments, or blockchain
- Proven track record deploying digital asset infrastructure
- Deep knowledge of stablecoins and regulatory status
- Experience integrating blockchain-based payment solutions (USDC, EURC, or similar)
- Solid understanding of cross-border payments and remittance flows
- Familiarity with AML/CFT compliance and licensing standards for digital assets and money transmissionRequisitos principales
