The ERP & Business Systems Specialist is responsible for supporting, optimizing, and continuously improving NSI’s ERP and connected business systems while actively participating in system implementations and improvement initiatives. SAP Business One is our primary ERP, and the role combines hands‑on systems support with SQL/data analysis, integrations, automation, reporting, and project work.



SAP Business One experience is strongly preferred, but candidates with solid experience in other established ERP platforms and the willingness to learn SAP B1 will also be considered.
Responsibilities:

Support and optimize SAP Business One and connected business systems across key operational areas
Troubleshoot ERP and system issues using configuration, SQL/data analysis, and business process knowledge
Monitor and support integrations, EDI, BPA workflows, and other connected system processes
Manage and prioritize business system issues based on business impact and own them through resolution
Support ERP upgrades, implementations, enhancements, testing, and process improvement initiatives
Use SQL and reporting tools to investigate issues, validate data, and support dashboards and KPIs
Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen reporting and data visibility
Work closely with business users and tech
