Experteer Overview As Analytics Manager you lead a team of analysts supporting high-impact B2C initiatives across Dow Jones. You set priorities, coach talent, and ensure high-quality, actionable insights for product, engineering, marketing, and data partners. You will shape team processes, advocate AI-enabled analytics, and navigate ambiguity to drive business impact. - 6+ years in data analytics, business analytics, or data science
- Experience leading teams and driving execution across multiple high-impact workstreams
- Strong people management skills with a track record of feedback and growth
- Experience applying analytics to digital subscription products and engagement in high-traffic environments
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python or R
- Expertise in data visualization/BI tools (Tableau, Looker)
- Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to influence outcomes
- Experience using AI tools (e.G., Copilot, Claude Code, OpenAI) is a plus
