Experteer Overview
In this role you will design and execute sourcing strategies for key product categories at a global level, supporting Ovivo’s commercial goals. You will own supplier negotiations and drive cost, reliability, and lead-time improvements in cross-functional collaboration. The position emphasizes risk management, supply assurance, and category know-how to reinforce a best-in-class supply chain. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own and execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories to improve reliability and pricing
• Lead supplier negotiations directly and apply the Total Delivered Cost (TDC) methodology
• Drive saving projects to support growth and reduce project costs
• Collaborate with Project Management, Operations, Engineering and Business to meet milestones
• Develop supply assurance, business continuity plans and risk assessments; remediate disruptions




• Maintain expert knowledge of categories, competition and innovations; address supplier and market questions with stakeholders

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years international sourcing and procurement experience in industrial/manufactured or engineered-to-order environments
• Strong expertise in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, SRM, and Contract Management
• Excellent negotiation, supplier management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Adaptable and resilient; able to navigate dynamic environments and cultures
• Collaborative team player with a results-driven mindset
• Fluent English; additional European language is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Formal qualification in Sourcing, Procurement or Negotiation is preferred
