The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Disaster Recovery testing, resilience planning, and crisis management exercises across cloud and data center environments. English fluency is required as part of this role.
WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

2+ years of experience as a Disaster Recovery Engineer, Resilience Engineer, or Business Continuity Consultant.
Strong knowledge of Disaster Recovery, backup, failover, and recovery strategies.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and/or GCP.
Solid understanding of infrastructure architectures, virtual machines, redundancy, and business continuity concepts.
Familiarity with crisis management exercises, incident response processes, and resilience testing.
Experience designing and executing Disaster Recovery tests and recovery scenarios.




Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and DR constraints is a strong plus.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Define and coordinate backup, recovery, and failover plans across data center and cloud environments.
Review infrastructure and cloud architectures to ensure they support Disaster Recovery requirements.
Design and coordinate DR test scenarios with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams.
Collect evidence, document results, and propose continuous improvement actions.
Organize and facilitate crisis management and simulation exercises.
Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to validate incident response processes.
Formalize lessons learned and action plans following resilience and crisis exercises.
