As a Senior Infrastructure Investment Analyst, you will support Ferrovial’s capital allocation across its global infrastructure platform. You will evaluate opportunities, monitor portfolio performance, and inform investment decisions across highways, airports, energy, and more. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams and leverage data analytics to drive value creation. This role offers exposure to a broad asset lifecycle and high‑impact projects like the JFK Terminal One development.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Partner with Business Units and corporate functions on RfAs, investment proposals, divestments, financings, commitments, guarantees, and other capital allocation initiatives
• Assess business plans, valuations, investment theses, value creation opportunities, and risks across investments and monitor portfolio performance against plans
• Develop recommendations through strategic, operational, contractual, commercial, financial, and market analysis to support capital allocation decisions
• Support the Investment Committee with clear, rigorous, balanced investment assessments to inform approvals
• Monitor infra sector trends and strategies of leading infra players, investors,



and funds
• Leverage data analytics and AI tools to enhance analyses, market research, and recurring deliverables
• Contribute to accounting, reporting, tax, and compliance processes as required

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years in infrastructure
• English and Spanish fluency
• Strong understanding of infrastructure contracts, business models, and market dynamics
• Experience evaluating investments, financings, commitments, and guarantees across strategic, commercial, operational, and risk dimensions
• Familiarity with Ferrovial portfolio, operating model, and value creation strategies valued
• Experience with financial modelling, valuation, scenario/sensitivity analysis, and benchmarking
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
