At least 8 years of professional experience in construction project management and/or as site manager in the residential (detached houses) and/ or hospitality sector is required. Thereof a minimum of 5 years managing absolute high-end projects is required.You must be able to manage high-end projects independently during the later phase of the planning process (design development/ proyecto de ejecución), tendering and construction processes as well as close-out and hand-over.Participate in the design phase and construction details with the design team.Manage quantity take-offs, budgets and tenders during the planning phase.Check change orders,
