Experteer Overview
In this role you will design, develop, deliver and maintain SAP-based HR solutions, focusing on HCM and SuccessFactors. You will gather and translate client requirements into SAP specifications and lead deployments in cross-functional teams. You’ll work on multi-site projects, collaborating with delivery centers worldwide to drive client value. • Develop, deliver and maintain SAP-based HR solutions (HCM and SuccessFactors)
• Capture and translate client requirements into SAP specifications
• Lead SuccessFactors customizations and deployment
• Collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams (technical, functional, business)
• Engage with clients and manage relationships and project financials
• Coordinate with delivery centers across the globe
• Possibly travel to client sites as needed
Responsabilidades
• 3–10 years of experience with HCM
• Experience developing functional and systems specifications
• Proficiency in English and Spanish for consulting
• Strong communication skills and a good team player
• Occasional travel may be required
