Experteer Overview
In this role, you will support Private Debt Mobilization by structuring and underwriting CRE opportunities, coordinating across Europe with origination and principal teams, and managing syndication and de-risking solutions. You’ll present to clients and investors, provide market analysis and pricing insights, and help drive cross-functional deal execution. This is a high-impact CRE-focused role within a dynamic, risk-conscious transformation at Santander CIB. You will work with senior teams to shape financing opportunities and optimize outcomes for complex transactions.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Coordinate deal structuring, pricing and distribution strategy with Corporate Loan Origination, CRE Loan Origination and Principal u0026 Capital Finance teams across Europe
• Manage underwriting, syndication and sell-down processes in primary and secondary markets in coordination with Loan Sales and Market Sales teams
• Support de-risking solutions (e.g., CLO, TRS, Loan-on-Loan, principal financing, PCI, portfolio sales)




• Attend client and investor meetings; participate in credit and underwriting applications and commercial presentations
• Provide information on investor capacity, pricing, and comparable transactions; analyze new technologies for financing opportunities

Responsabilidades
• Relevant CRE experience (Loan Origination and/or Syndicate or CRE Debt Advisory)
• Bachelor’s degree in finance/economics/accounting/engineering or related field
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and organizational skills; proactive and creative; able to take initiatives
• High commitment in a demanding environment
