- Define integration approaches balancing standardization with deliberate differentiation
- Protect critical capabilities, customer relationships, talent, and operational performance during integrations
- Manage risks, dependencies,



and decision-making to maintain momentum and value realization
- Monitor progress against business case, synergy targets, and integration milestones

- 15+ years of experience in post-merger integration, Mu0026A, strategy, or enterprise transformation in complex organizations
- Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional integrations
- Strong financial and business acumen with ability to translate business cases into operational plans and realized synergies
- Solid understanding of organizational design, operating models, processes, and enterprise transformation
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior executives and acquired-company leadership teams
