Experteer Overview
In this role you will own the full product lifecycle for a key area of Preply’s platform, driving measurable value for learners, tutors, and the business. You’ll shape the product strategy and roadmap, partner with engineering and design to ship high-impact features, and prioritize initiatives that unlock growth. You will leverage data and user research to iterate, define success metrics, and communicate impact across the company. This is a chance to influence education at a global scale within a human-led, AI-enabled learning platform.

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and continuous improvement
• Define and evolve product strategy and roadmap aligning with business goals
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business to ship high-impact features
• Prioritize initiatives with clear trade-offs and leverage high-leverage opportunities
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions and validate hypotheses
• Define, track, and communicate product success metrics to guide iterations




• Act as internal champion for the product area and build cross-functional visibility
• Support growth initiatives like LTV Expansion and Tutor Content to benefit learners and tutors

Responsabilidades
• Experience in Senior Product Management in rapid-growth or evolving environments
• Data-driven with strong analytical thinking and metrics proficiency
• Hands-on yet strategic, able to contribute to development while shaping lifecycle
• Empathy for customers guiding product direction
• Effective cross-team communication and collaboration skills
• Strong UX sensibility and focus on delightful user experiences
• Curiosity about growth challenges in learner and tutor journeys
• Experience in marketplaces, subscription products, or growth experimentation is a plus
• No specific industry background required
