We’re working with a growing data centre developer seeking a Construction Director to oversee construction delivery and coordinate the site team, PMO, general contractor and external partners.
Key responsibilities
Lead construction delivery against programme, budget and quality targets.
Oversee contractors, construction contracts and project risks.
Coordinate civil and MEP workstreams through to commissioning and handover.
Maintain strong safety standards and report progress to senior leadership.
What we’re looking for
Experience leading large-scale construction projects within data centres, energy or complex industrial infrastructure.
Strong contractor management, commercial and project delivery experience.
A practical leadership style and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
