Experteer Overview As Project Manager in Fever’s Growth/Distribution team, you drive partner-driven distribution initiatives end-to-end. You translate partner needs into actionable plans, align cross-functional teams, and ensure timely go-lives across catalogs and integrations. You build repeatable onboarding playbooks, track KPIs, and proactively resolve risks to scale our marketplace distribution. This role sits at the crossroads of Partner Management, Commercial, Connectivity, and Operations, shaping how Fever reaches new audiences.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Design end-to-end distribution plans for partners (experiences, channels, timelines, outcomes)
- Act as PM hub across Partner Management, Commercial, Connectivity, and Operations
- Coordinate cross-functional execution to launch catalogs and ensure smooth integrations
- Own project pipeline: prioritization, status tracking, and alignment
- Develop repeatable onboarding processes and playbooks for partners
- Monitor KPIs (time-to-launch, coverage, partners live, revenue ramp) and report
- Identify risks and bottlenecks early and drive resolutionsResponsabilidades
- Engineering background
- 3-5 years in project/program management, PMO, operations, or partner/account coordination
- Experience in tech-startup environments or high-growth settings
- Strong organization and stakeholder management; ability to influence without formal authority
- Business- and partner-oriented mindset; translate partner needsinto action plans
- Comfort working across commercial, technical, and operational teams; strong translation skills
- Process-driven and data-focused; comfortable with KPIs
- Fluent in English and Spanish; another language a plus
