Experteer Overview As the Service BDM for Transport u0026amp; Logistics, you accelerate profitable growth by expanding service revenue and market penetration globally. You will bridge customers, market organizations, and the SBU to shape and execute service solutions across the customer lifecycle. You’ll develop growth strategies, enhance portfolio penetration, and drive value for customers through lifecycle programs and digital services. This role combines commercial leadership with market and technical insight to push service performance in a global logistics context.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Optimize installation sales as part of the service offering to win more business
- Develop and execute global service growth strategies aligned with objectives
- Identify and pursue new service opportunities across parcels, warehousing, freight hubs, airports, and related sectors
- Grow recurring revenue via service agreements, preventive maintenance, remote monitoring, digital services, and lifecycle programs
- Conduct market analysis to identify needs, trends, competition, and new technologies
- Manage a global pipeline across product life cycles and hit annual revenue targets
- Lead development and harmonization of service products, pricing, and value propositions across regions
- Create and maintain value-selling tools, ROI calculators, and customer-facing materials




- Support deployment of new service offerings with launch planning, communication, and positioning
- Provide launch support, hypercare, and ongoing commercial support to Market Organizations
- Build strategic relationships with global accounts and support regional/global service agreements
- Facilitate customer workshops, executive reviews, demonstrations, webinars, and events
- Drive standardization initiatives and enterprise-wide adoption of service solutions
- Expand successful service implementations through account radiation and replication strategies

- Experience in Transport u0026 Logistics, Supply Chain, or related industrial services
- Demonstrated success in driving service revenue growth and customer penetration in B2B
