As a Java-focused software engineer in Adaptive’s capital markets group, you will build and maintain high-performance trading technology and open-source components. You’ll work with experienced teams to deliver scalable, test-driven solutions that empower leading banks and fintechs. You’ll contribute to core libraries and messaging infrastructure, collaborating across cross-functional partners. Responsabilidades




• Experience in Java server-side software development
• Experience designing, building, debugging, and operating distributed systems
• Experience designing and evolving messaging protocols
• Experience designing and evolving software libraries
• Experience applying various forms of testing to underpin software qualities (correctness and performance)
• Experience measuring, benchmarking and profiling components and systems
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
