Experteer Overview In this role you support bid activities for Product and Services Solution Lines, shaping delivery solutions and costed propositions for standard to complex bids across regions. You will partner with GEO Service, Purchasing, Product Management, Proposal Management and other teams to craft customer-focused solutions that meet business needs while reflecting the agreed delivery model. You’ll drive and tailor proposal texts, delivery options, and timelines to fit bid conditions and country requirements. This role is a key interface in a integral organization, helping win deals and ensure feasibility of proposed solutions. - Design and cost the project and delivery solution for standard, customized, non-standard, and large/complex projects
- Represent the Delivery function in bid processes including customer discussions, presentations, and negotiations
- Define the Project u0026 Delivery Management portion of the Customer solution with the bid manager
- Provide variations to standard texts in proposals and contractual documents for the delivery model
- Identify and agree on required customizations to address Bid/Tender conditions




- Collaborate to create/update templates for standard texts in customer-facing documents
- Work with Product Management, Proposal Management, Solution Designers, and other teams to issue RFPs to service partners
- Study and qualify customer and product management requests for delivery requirements
- Define optimal cost and integrated delivery models to meet requirements
- Support Service improvement initiatives aligned with corporate objectivesResponsabilidades
- 2-5 years in Service Design or Delivery in airport/airline industry
- 2-5 years IT or services industry experience
- 2+ years in bid support/pre-sales for service design
- Technical knowledge in IT and Service Management, with service solution design experience
- Experience with bid management process and cross-functional collaborationRequisitos principales
