Experteer Overview
In this role, you lead SAP GTS business enablement within the Order to Cash scope, ensuring regulated trade processes across Customs, SPLS, and O2C. You will align GTS solutions with the S/4HANA roadmap, applying extensive trade compliance knowledge to drive standardized deployment and ongoing evolution. You’ll act as the GTS referent, translating regulatory requirements into practical designs and delivering training and hypercare support. This position offers impact through shaping how we manage export/import controls, screening, licenses, and embargo processes at scale.

• Lead trade compliance enablement across Customs, SPLS and O2C in the preparation, scoping/design, build/test, deployment, and continuous improvement phases
• Conduct regulatory gap analyses and translate findings into detailed business requirements and GTS design documentation (L5/L6)
• Design and deploy GTS solutions aligned with S/4HANA roadmap in collaboration with solution delivery and integrators
• Coordinate K-user testing and guide test script execution for sanctions screening, licenses, declarations, and preference determination




• Provide hypercare support and monitor GTS performance metrics post go-live
• Manage transition to BAU in coordination with cross-functional teams
• Monitor Regulatory changes and drive GTS enhancements across functions
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement to manage regulatory and compliance impacts across O2C, SPLS, Customs, and Legal

Responsabilidades
• 7–10 years' experience in SAP GTS and trade compliance processes
• Extensive GTS implementation experience within S/4HANA
• Deep knowledge of export control, sanctions screening, and customs regulations
• Experience with license management, preference management, and restricted party screening
• Familiarity with EAR, ITAR, EU dual-use regulations
• Proven track record as a GTS SME across multiple business functions
• Demonstrated experience aligning requirements across Customs, SPLS, and O2C teams
