- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, notably US-based users, to understand needs and objectives
- Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Define, refine, and prioritize tasks for development teams
- Support technical teams during implementation with guidance on functional requirements
- Validate delivered solutions against business expectations and specifications




- Monitor requirements through the project lifecycle and resolve functional queries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery and alignment with business goalsResponsabilidades
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Market Risk concepts, processes, and related financial products
- Experience with Value at Risk (VaR) and Stress Testing
- Proven ability to analyze, define, and structure complex business requirements
- Experience working with software development teams in Agile and/or traditional environments
- Upper-intermediate to advanced English (minimum B2) with US stakeholder communication ability
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills
