As Analytics Manager you lead a team of analysts supporting high-impact B2C initiatives across Dow Jones. You set priorities, coach talent, and ensure high-quality, actionable insights for product, engineering, marketing, and data partners. You will shape team processes, advocate AI-enabled analytics, and navigate ambiguity to drive business impact. This role combines strong people leadership with hands-on analytics to extend the team’s influence across the organization.

Responsabilidades
• 6+ years in data analytics, business analytics, or data science
• Experience leading teams and driving execution across multiple high-impact workstreams
• Strong people management skills with a track record of feedback and growth
• Experience applying analytics to digital subscription products and engagement in high-traffic environments
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python or R
• Expertise in data visualization/BI tools (Tableau, Looker)
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to influence outcomes
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code, OpenAI) is a plus
• BS in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
